President’s Letter April 2017

The review of the current city comprehensive plan for growth and development is one of the most impactful events in our city. The Federation is pleased to announce Eric Shaw, Director of the DC Office of Planning, as our guest speaker for our May 30 general assembly.

The meeting will take place in the All Souls Episcopal Church Hall (undercroft) 2300 Cathedral Avenue NW from 7:15 PM until 9:00 PM. The closet metro is Woodley Park on the red line. There is limited parking behind the church and on Connecticut Ave after 7:00 PM.

Please invite friends and neighbors to come out and hear directly from Mr. Shaw on how communities can impact the plan and how to request amendments.
